Hundreds of pink and blue balloons were released at a poignant event in Roundhay Park to represent babies lost through miscarriage or stillbirth. Click here for more details.
The Leeds Miscarriage Support Group's fourth balloon release marked the start of National Baby Loss Awareness Week.

Organiser Denene Capper, 37, lost 12 babies through miscarriage, stillbirths and an ectopic pregnancy. She said parents with similar experiences needed to know they were not alone.

Cash raised will go towards the creation of a room at St James's Hospital, Leeds, for bereaved women and their families.
