Fire crews pull man from the river in Leeds tonight
A man has been saved from the River Aire by fire-fighters tonight (Thursday).
Specialist water rescue crews from Leeds and Rothwell were called to Dock Street at around 7.20pm along with fire engines from Hunslet.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed that one male casualty was rescued from the River Aire.
