Police dealt with a crash where a driver smashed into a post box in Leeds on Friday.

Officers from the Leeds District off-road bike team were in the LS14 area dealing with the crash.

The driver of a Golf had crashed into a post box, police said.

Nobody was hurt in the incident.

A dramatic photograph posted by police showed the aftermath of the crash.

It was shared on social media by the force on Friday afternoon (June 4).

West Yorkshire Police - Leeds East team said: "This afternoon Officers from the Leeds District Off-Road Bike Team were in LS14 dealing with an RTC where a Golf had collided with a post box.

"Luckily nobody was hurt."
