Runners wanting to sign up for this year’s event have until the end of the month to take advantage of discounted entry rates.
The race will once again see thousands of runners pound the pavements of Leeds this November and helps raise funds that will make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable older people in Yorkshire.

Hide AdEarly bird rates will end on Tuesday, July 31 for the popular event, which is now in its 33rd year.
The Dash is fast becoming a record-breaking course - popular with fun-runners, celebrities and elite athletes alike, the flat course is known for achieving Personal Bests.
Last year’s spectacle saw athlete Eilish McColgan break the female 10K course record, completing the course in an impressive 32 minutes and five seconds.
Age UK is now calling on first-time runners as well as experienced runners to sign up and do so before the end of the month to take advantage of cheaper entry fees . This year’s race is on Sunday, November 4.
